Workshops
Our workshops are collaborative and youth centred. They inform young people about different issues related to the planetary crisis and inspire taking collective action in these challenging times.
Our Nature based outdoor activities are led by our experienced workshop leaders who encourage a connection and love for the Environment. This provides a foundation for young people’s desire to protect what they love and is especially needed in inner cities where access to outdoor space can be very limited.
Our Creative team of Artists, Animators, Musicians and Magicians collaborate with Scientists, Ecologists and Economists to produce exciting, interactive workshops that explore the themes of Biodiversity Loss, Food Production and Consumerism. When working with Schools we tailor our workshops to specifically support curriculum subjects in Science, Drama, Geography, Art&Design, Maths and PSHE for Key Stages KS1, KS2, KS3 and KS4
Seed Crowns and Seed Capes
Using compostable paper, natural embellishments, stencils, wildflower seeds and grass seeds this workshop introduces children to materials that do not have a negative impact on the environment. The crown can be planted after being worn, allowing them to think creatively about waste and how it is of equal value to the piece itself.
